The Cordy House project at 87-95 Curtain Road is a collection of seven exclusive apartments and nearly 25,000 sq feet of modern industrial media style office space in the heart of Shoreditch.
 
Jerram Falkus began work on the project once the existing Building had been demolished, the Basement dig complete and Ground Floor Slab installed. The main structure is formed from an in-situ concrete frame with a light weight steel frame on the upper two floors (residential area only).  

Commercial
 
The commercial office space is spread over five floors and is accessed from Curtain Road via a large single leaf, fully glazed door. The office reception has polished concrete floors, a concrete desk, an original Graffiti feature wall and the lighting is provided via LED panels with feature spot lights. The office common areas contain Toilet Facilities on each floor, and the Stairwell that has a combination of exposed concrete and Cor-ten wreathing steel feature panels.

The office space has accessible Raised Access Flooring with Concrete Core walls and columns remain exposed, with all cables in galvanised conduit. The ceilings have exposed Concrete Soffits with the exposed high level Ventilation & AirCon and Lighting suspended from exposed Soffits. The fit out of each of the five offices has been carried out by the individual tenants own fit out specialists. 

Residential
 
The seven residential apartments are spread across the upper five floors. The residential entrance has polished concrete floors and individual bespoke Postboxes. The Stairwell has a “Neoplast” formed ripple effect exposed Concrete finish. The Lifts for all areas were provided by Thyssen Krupp (with a regeneration system) with brushed and polished steel walls and LED lighting. The building also contains bike stores and showers in the Basement for tenants.
